I had the best Valentine’s Day ever today.
I was expecting to have a day that was kind of hectic, but instead, we skipped class, my boy made me breakfast, and we just stayed in bed all day.
It was the most wonderful.
I, like, can’t even comprehend how much my life has changed for the better in the past 2.5 months.
Despite how stressful everything is, life is so good right now.
I am the luckiest girl.
Smoke and watch a movie and cuddle and make out with someone.
(Also, play ukulele and sing with Ryan Gosling, but I feel like I should stick with the first part for now…)
+The short film I did production design on was praised as being the best of the 27 shown Saturday night. They even specifically mentioned the production design.
“By far the most well-crafted film out of all of the projects shown. I couldn’t find one thing wrong with it, from the meticulously detailed production design, to the faultless editing, and the fantastic score. This was absolutely my favorite film and I can’t wait to see this pair’s next project.”
I’m so psyched right now.

+I’m in Dallas. I have to wake up at about 4:30 (2:30pst) to catch my 6:30 flight to LA. Then I have to finish my project, do my Italian homework, and shower before my 1:00 class. My last class ends at 9:00. I’m gonna be so gone.
+I think I gave myself nerve damage on the tips of my right thumb, index, and middle finger from cutting a really tedious design with an x-acto knife for 4 hours straight last night. I haven’t really been able to feel them and when I do it hurts. Oh the sacrifices I make for art…
+I’m pretty sure the cashier at McDonalds at LAX is high. He kept talking about how old the penny was that he was handing to me then told me to have a good day and to smile more…
